Shipping policy
Orders over $100 will require that your Billing and Shipping Address MATCH.
Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery.
COVID-19 POLICY:
Expect Shipping Delays due to Covid-19. We ship out all packages on time however, it may take the shipping company longer to deliver due to the pandemic. We do not issue any refunds or accept returns due to these delays.
All Packages come with a Tracking number. If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office
Ready to ship wigs will be mailed out within 2 business days of ored ring as long as order is placed by 4p.m
- Priority Mail express 2 days
- Priority Mail is usually 1 to 3 days
- Regular recessing is 2 to 8 business day
Order processing times my vary due to unexpected whether conditions or those beyond our control.
- For Custom Wigs: You will receive your order within an estimated 7-21 business days after your hair is received. Please order accordingly.
- NO RUSH FEE ACCEPTED
- For Pre-Made Wig orders You will receive your order within 7-14 business days.
- For Ready-to-Ship You will receive your order within 1 to 3 business days.
- Wig Maintenance that include closure and Or Frontal replacement will receive order in 7 to 14 business days
